Initial Mathematics but switch to Chemical Engineering as Mathematics was too hard.

Only from the technical side. The business side was missing.

Being faithful to the gifts God has given me.

After you retire your career becomes less and less important.

Being willing to make major changes without fear.

Staying at the same church too long. There is still time top make changes.

The death of my father and the need to care for my ailing mother.
